Pricing

Priced per person, so it starts the size you are.

What changes between the plans is how many people are in your organisation, how many people, and how much of our time you have. Dashboard, alerts, notifications and support are on every plan. Prices are per person, per month, in US dollars. Starter comes with a free fortnight; Team and Business are paid for before you start.

Priced in US dollars, per active person. Somebody who left last month is not an active person and is not billed. There is no charge for the modules you do not use, and no contract that runs past the month you are in. Pay for the year up front and you pay for ten months rather than twelve.

Setting you up is quoted separately. Moving a company off spreadsheets is work somebody does — reading how you run, shaping the system around it, and bringing your existing records across so you start with your own data rather than an empty screen. It is a one-off fee, quoted before anything begins, and it is never a surprise on an invoice.

Billing

How the money side works

Written plainly, because the alternative is a conversation about it later.

What counts as a person?

Anybody who can sign in. Somebody marked as having left keeps their record — you do not lose their history — but stops being billed from the following month.

What happens when we grow past a band?

The per-person rate drops to the next band automatically and applies from the next invoice. Nobody has to notice and ask.

How are we invoiced?

One invoice a month, in US dollars, listing how many people were active and the rate applied. Payable by bank transfer or mobile money; where you would rather settle in shillings, we invoice at the rate on the day. The invoice is raised out of GRIND itself, which is either reassuring or funny depending on your temperament.

Is there a contract?

A month at a time. Tell us to stop and the next invoice does not come.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You get all of it, in CSV, plus your documents and attachments as files. It is yours and it stays yours. We keep a copy for 30 days in case somebody changes their mind, then delete it.

Can we try it first?

Yes — 30 days with your own records in it, not a demo with invented companies in it. If it is not right, nothing is invoiced.
